Leadership and teaching
1998 Designed and lead Workshops of Tolerance, Białystok, College of Public Administration.
1986-2002 Originated a professional journal “Idea: Studies in the Structure and Development of Philosophical Concepts”, then held the position of co-Editor-in-Chief.
1989-1991 Created a research project and presided over the research team “Methodology of Text Understanding”. Four books were published under my leadership.
1992-2000 Originated and ran a publishing office Sokrates, later developed into the Center for Education and Publishing Sokrates, Warsaw, Poland.
1997-2000 Teaching cross-cultural survival and adaptation skills, and Polish language to a daughter of ambassadors from Latin America. On the recommendation of Prof. Malawska, Director of Liceum of Miguel Cervantes in Warsaw.
1992-1996 Originated and co-ran a School of German as a Foreign Language, under the Center for Education and Publishing Sokrates, Warsaw, Poland.
